I have played countless of rounds of twenty-one. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was sixteen. I have gambled on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. Given all that I have still spent all kinds of bankroll at chemin de fer. The gambling halls have made it very hard to defeat the house.

I still like the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have wagered on a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get rich with this tactic or defeat the casino, however you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is founded on the idea that blackjack appears to be a game of streaks. When you are on fire your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!

I wager with basic strategy blackjack. When I do not win I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I lose again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the action back down to the original bet.

I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets very fun on occasion. If you win a few hands in a row your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome runs a few times now. I left a $5 table at the MGM a few years ago with $750 after 45 minutes using this technique! And a number of months ago in Vegas I left a game with $1200!

You have to understand that you can relinquish much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be astonished at the runs you see gamble this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a five dollar table.

Wager $5
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $5 wager

Wager five dollar
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar

Bet 10 dollar
Take 10 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $10 bet

Bet $10
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $20

Bet twenty dollar
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the first 20 dollar wager

Bet $20
Leave $20 paid to you for a total bet of 40 dollar

Bet $40
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the first forty dollar wager

Bet 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $80

Bet 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 80 dollar bet

Bet $80
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $160

Bet $160
Take $160 paid to you, leave the initial 160 dollar bet

If you left at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!

It is hard to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and lower your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
