I have bet on countless of rounds of twenty-one. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was still underage. I have gambled on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of funds at blackjack. The gambling halls have made it very hard to defeat the house.

I still enjoy the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over this time period I have played a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get rich with this method or beat the casino, however you will experience a lot of fun. This method is built on the fact that 21 seems to be a match of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I play basic strategy twenty-one. When I don’t win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the bet back down to the original bet.

I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets extremely thrilling sometimes. If you win a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quick. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Flamingo a couple of years back with $750 after 35 mins using this technique! And a few weeks ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!

You have to understand that you can say good-bye to much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be amazed at the runs you witness playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a $5 game.

Wager $5
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 5 dollar bet

Bet five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of ten dollar

Bet $10
Take $10 paid to you, leave the original 10 dollar bet

Wager $10
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total wager of 20 dollar

Wager $20
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the original 20 dollar wager

Bet twenty dollar
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total wager of 40 dollar

Bet 40 dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the first 40 dollar bet

Wager $40
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 80 dollar

Wager eighty dollar
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the initial eighty dollar wager

Bet $80
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 160 dollar

Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the original one hundred and 60 dollar wager

If you departed at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!

It is hard to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and lower your bet or the end result will not be the same.
